For seafarers
Your certificates, in one place — and you decide who sees them.
Add each certificate by photo once, verify the ones from supported registries live (others are guided to the official portal), get renewal reminders, and share with the agencies you choose — staying in control on any phone.
Crewing agencies run Docka as their CRM. For a seafarer it is free.
What you get: verify, organise and share your certificates
Every item below is live in the product today.
Get your documents in
One-button upload
A single 'Add certificate photos' button — camera or gallery, many at once, with a progress bar.
Recognition & verification
A QR/code verifies live; a paper photo is marked 'from photo — needs your details', never falsely 'Expired'.
Automatic dedupe
Upload the same document twice and it is skipped ('Already uploaded').
Document viewer
See any document full-size with zoom; the rotation you set sticks everywhere.
Your verified identity
Verified identity
A government-verified document sets your real name, personal code, date of birth, issuer and photo.
Verified photo
Your registry photo, stored locally and adjustable (zoom, reposition, rotate).
Verification levels L0–L3
Each document shows exactly how strongly it is verified — never colour alone.
Sharing & control
Two share links
An open link for anyone you send it to, and a private link gated to listed agent emails.
Access, reviews & revoke
See which agents reviewed your documents — and revoke an agent while ashore.
Cross-agency propagation (opt-in)
With your opt-in, a verified update reaches the agencies you have granted.
Never miss a renewal
Expiry reminders (.ics / subscribe)
Set your own schedule; export a calendar (.ics) file you import into Google Calendar, or subscribe.
Archive & auto-archive
Archive a document (still viewable) or auto-archive it once it expires.
A seafarer documentation service, built around you
Docka is a seafarer documentation service: one place to keep every maritime certificate, endorsement and sea-service record, and to prove they are genuine. You add each document once, Docka verifies the ones issued by supported flag-state registries live against the official record, and you decide which agencies get to see what. It is free for seafarers, and it works on any phone.
The difference from a folder of PDFs is that verification goes back to the issuing authority rather than trusting the document. To see how that works, read how seafarer certificate verification actually works, check which registries Docka verifies, or verify a seafarer certificate now.
Each flag state Docka checks live has its own page with the register's name, what it asks for and how to run the same lookup yourself on the official portal:

Built for real crews
Pick a person; the part of Docka they lean on lights up.
Pick a person above to see what they care about — the graph they rely on lights up. Pick again to clear.
Your trust ladder — L0 to L3
Every certificate sits on one of four levels. Higher is stronger.
Your certificates don't have to be Estonian. Digital or QR certificates from supported registries verify live — others are guided to the official portal; paper certificates simply show 'from photo — needs your details' — never a false 'Expired'. A non-Estonian certificate is never marked as failed.
