Your trust ladder — L0 to L3
Every certificate sits on one of four levels. Higher is stronger.
Your certificates don't have to be Estonian. Digital or QR certificates verify live; paper or other-country certificates simply show 'from photo — needs your details' — never a false 'Expired'. A non-Estonian certificate is never marked as failed.
